Terms of Service
Last updated: July 3, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of the BGMI Unofficial Discord Bot ("the Bot"), including its commands, dashboard, and related features. By adding, configuring, or using the Bot in a Discord server, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Bot
The Bot is an independent Discord utility bot and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. or KRAFTON/BGMI. It is provided for use within Discord servers subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Developer Policy.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
By using the Bot, you agree that you:
- meet Discord's minimum age requirements and are permitted to use Discord under its Terms of Service;
- will not use the Bot to violate any applicable law, Discord's Terms of Service, or Discord's Developer Policy;
- will not use the Bot to harass, spam, exploit, or abuse other users or servers;
- will not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities in, overload, or interfere with the Bot's normal operation;
- will not use export, moderation, or logging features to collect data for unlawful purposes or without appropriate authorization in your server.
3. Server administrator responsibilities
Server administrators who add the Bot are responsible for configuring its permissions appropriately, informing their members of relevant data practices (see the Bot's Privacy Policy), and ensuring the server's use of the Bot's commands and features complies with applicable laws and Discord's policies. Administrators are responsible for actions taken by users authorized to run privileged commands within their server.
4. Features provided "as is"
The Bot provides moderation, export, role management, reposting, invite, information, and dashboard-configuration features on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice. The Bot does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or that any command will produce a specific outcome.
5. Dashboard and configuration
Where a dashboard is provided, server administrators are responsible for safeguarding dashboard access credentials and for any configuration, commands, or settings uploaded through it. The Bot owner is not responsible for misuse resulting from shared or leaked dashboard credentials.
6. Data and privacy
Use of the Bot is also governed by its Privacy Policy, which explains what Discord data the Bot may process, why, and how it is stored, shared, and retained. By using the Bot, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the Bot, including any moderation actions, exports, or automated decisions it performs, is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bot owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the Bot.
9. Suspension and termination
- The Bot owner may suspend or block access to the Bot for any server or user that violates these Terms, Discord's policies, or applicable law.
- Server administrators may remove the Bot from their server at any time.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply after these Terms end.
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when Bot features, hosting, or Discord requirements change. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision.
11. Governing terms
Nothing in these Terms overrides or supersedes Discord's own Terms of Service or Developer Policy, which take precedence in the event of a conflict regarding platform-level conduct.
